We collect identifiers, internet activity, and (if You take the Extraordinary Love Index) Your assessment responses, to provide and improve the Service, send You results and communications You request, and run Our business. We do not sell or share this information. We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires. Some Extraordinary Love Index responses may be sensitive. See the "Your California Privacy Rights" section below for details.
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. This may include: email address; first name and last name; phone number; address, state, province, ZIP/postal code, city.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type and version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. Business Transactions

We collect this information to provide and improve the Service and the ELI, to send You results and communications You request, and to operate Our business.

Subject to certain legal exceptions, You have the right to: Know the personal information We collect, use, and disclose about You; Delete personal information We have collected from You; Correct inaccurate personal information; Opt out of the sale or sharing of Your personal information; Limit the use and disclosure of Your sensitive personal information; and Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information. We do not sell Your personal information, and We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of this, there is currently no sale or sharing to opt out of; if that ever changes, We will update this Policy and provide an opt-out and a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, and We will honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Sensitive personal information. Some responses in the ELI may be sensitive. We use them only to provide Your results and the services You request, and to improve Our work in de-identified or aggregated form. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right-to-limit option.
De-identified and aggregated data. When We study patterns across many people, We first de-identify and aggregate the data. We take reasonable steps to keep it de-identified, We commit not to attempt to re-identify it, and We require anyone who receives it to do the same. Aggregated, anonymized insights are not personal information.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
